Frequently Asked Questions
The deposit is not refundable. It will be used to offset tuition fees during the withdrawal notice period, as stated in our centre’s terms and conditions.
If you choose to withdraw after placing a deposit before the first lesson, a $100 administrative fee will be charged. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.
Classes start in the first week of January 2026. Detailed schedules will be shared with all confirmed registrants in advance.
After clicking Reserve Slot, you’ll be taken to our registration portal. On the product page, select your preferred timeslot from the dropdown menu, then proceed to checkout. Your deposit payment confirms both the subject and timeslot chosen.
We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Priority registrants are always given first consideration.
Priority Registration for the 2026 intake has been extended to 9 November 2025. Registrations received after this date will not qualify for early-bird perks.
