Frequently Asked Questions

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. The deposit is held for as long as your child is enrolled — it isn’t a fee and it isn’t spent on lessons. When you leave, it covers your final month’s fees during the one-month notice period. If your child stays through to graduation, it’s returned in full. Either way you get its value back. The amount equals four lessons’ fee at your child’s level, so it varies by level.

What if I change my mind after placing the deposit before starting first lesson?

If you choose to withdraw after placing a deposit before the first lesson, a $100 administrative fee will be charged. The remaining balance of your deposit will be refunded.

When does the 2027 semester begin?

Classes start in the first week of January 2027. Detailed schedules will be shared with all confirmed registrants in advance.

How do I choose a class time?

Choose your subject from the registration section above and you’ll be taken to select from the timeslots open for that level. Priority registrants get first pick, so the earlier you register, the more slots are still available. To check availability before registering, message us on WhatsApp.

What if I need to change class later?

You can request to move to a different timeslot after classes start, subject to a seat being open in the class you want. Because every class is capped at 8, changes depend on availability — message us and we’ll accommodate where we can.

When is the deadline for Priority Registration?

Priority registration closes on 31 October 2026. After that date, the $150 fee waiver, first pick of timeslots, and the free Month 4 lesson are no longer available.

When do I get the $150 saving?

Your registration and materials fees — normally $150 — are waived for priority registrants. You’ll see them listed at $0 on your first invoice in December 2026. Nothing extra is charged at registration.
